1. Unpack dmserver-ver-x.y.z.zip to a new folder.
2. Save your settings from the current installation using the most recent packer/unpacker from Dropbox (SettingsPacker.zip).
3. Move settings.zip to the new folder.
4. Unpack by means of settings-unpack.bat.

Also starting with version 1.0-beta1, you can do it directly via the GUI app DM (for details see here: Copying configuration from the old DM version)
