Fixed problems and improvements

Fixed preplans file support

HeliumRough read and write ox2z files containing Fixed preplans created in Carbon program. Export to independend dmc files prohibited.

Auto optimization task use ox2z files

Fixed a bug in the Optimization task list panel. Now it open and safe files in ox2z format.

Default In/Out folders for Add Task changed from root program folder to ProgramData\Octonus Software\HeliumRough.

Preventing duplication of solution numbers when creating new solutions

The solution ID created manually or by any allocation algorithms now has different number to any existing solutions.

Centering the scene basis per main model

When reading files saved by other programs, such as Carbon, the scene basis is centered on the main scanned model.

Also a context menu command has been added for centering the scene basis on the main model. When Tool is turned off and you right-click anywhere outside the diamond, the Basis context menu now has a Reset to Main model command. It centers the scene basis on the main model.
