What's new
- Parameter for enlarging scanning area in batch stitching (measured in % from field of view size). This option was developed to scan the border of the object closer to the center of field-of-view. In practice it reduces lighting gaps between stitched part on the border of the object. In fact this parameter will be tuned and saved once and will be hidden for the client.
- New algorithm for global contrast compensation between stitched areas. In practice it removes red reflections from top light.
- Applied 2D transform to microscope videostream. It compensates non-linear distortions in optics. In practice it will remove geometrical stitching problems.
- Improved calibration plugin. Now it automatically estimates not only camera rotation angle, but also size of pixel in microns (these measurements are more accurate if we use it with 2D transform)
