What's new:
- Fixed video playing lags. Now it is possible to stream both from microscope and a video from disk.
- Fixed work on MBox system. If all tuned configs are stored in a DM configs folder, the program will work "out-of-the-box" after installation.
- Added GPU pipeline. This pipeline is set by default to support grayscale cameras.
