What's new?
- Added an option to perform center alignment of exported Xray model. This option is very useful for comfortable rotation of exported the model (in HPOxygen). In GUI now there are two options to perform post-alignment of the model:
- Transformation to HR-basis - an old scenario with application of calibration from Xray scanner to HR one (to apply it the system should be calibrated once):
- Option to center resulting 3D model:
