The Access Management system makes is aiming to make your interaction with the customers more flexible and comfortable.
1. What can be manage?
Currently you can grant permissions for:
1.1. Products (diamonds, photoreal diamonds, rough, jewelry)
Permissions for the current project are managed here.
1.2. HP Carbon Projects
Permissions for all photoreal diamonds in HPC Project are managed here. All photoreal diamonds in project change statuses too (for example, if you change project to NO ACCESS status, all photoreal diamonds will be changed to NO ACCESS status too).
- Products. Permissions for diamonds (natural, lgd, photoreal), rough, jewelry.
- Projects. Permissions for HP Carbon Projects and solutions, photoreal diamonds and scans in projects.

2. Changing statuses over multiple products or projects

Share Access
You can choose whether your product or project should be available to anyone or restricted to only people with access. You can choose one of the Share Access function to achieve this:
- Global Access
- Private Access

When a user clicks the Share Accessbutton, the window for managing access to selected products is displayed.

Setting these permissions affects access to the product for all users of Cutwise independently of their authorization.
No Access
for Products
Global Access for Products, is divided by:
- General - general availability of product.
- Cut Data - availability of Cut data (3d models, reports, report images with facet angles) for product.
General Access
There are three options to control General Access.
Restricted. Access is denied, for everyone except the employees of company Access is denied (for everyone except the publisher and those who are granted private access).
If any user apart a publisher opens this page, the following will be displayed:
Widget

Unlisted. Access is allowed only to Cutwise widgets. A product is not listed in the shared catalog.
If any user (not the product publisher) opens this page, the same message will be displayed as with No Access.
However, if a user opens the page of any widget template (or opens the page of another site with the embedded widget), the product will be displayed.
Cutwise Search (Public)
Access is allowed in cutwise.com search, but the access to HPO model and reports is denied (nobody except the author will not see and will not be able to download a DMC file, i3d-report, html-report and pictures with angles).
If any user (not the product publisher) opens the product page, it will be displayed, but a DMC file, i3d-report, HTML report, and pictures with angles will not be available for viewing or downloading. Also, this product will be available via the search in the shared catalog.
with direct link (DiLog or Widget). Product is not visible in cutwise.com catalog.
Public. Access is allowed in a cutwise.com search and via direct links (including Widget and DiLog) to anyone.
Cut Data Statuses
There are three options to control access to data that can help users to recreate diamond cut design:
Hide All Design Data. Hide proportion images, symmetry images, facet slope angles, reports and 3d model.
Hide Model & Reports. Hide facet slopes angles, reports and 3d model. Cut can possibly be reproduced from proportions images.
Show All Data. All Cut Data, including model and report is available to any user with access.
3.2. Global Access for HPC Projects
Global Access for Projects also contains General and source Project Data access sections:
Hide Project Source For HPC projects "Public" status hide HP Carbon source file (ox2z). All photoreal diamonds in this project get the "cutwise search (public)" status too.
Full Access
If any user (not the product publisher) opens the product page, it will be displayed, and all the materials will be available. Also, this product will be available via the search in the shared catalog.
3.2. Private Access

Access can be simultaneously set for several projects simultaneously.

Corresponding Global and Cut Data access is set to all scans, diamonds and solutions, information about is shown in Access window.
3.3. Private Access
Private access to products or project can be shared to Cutwise registered users.
For example, 
Private accessto products for Cutwise registered users is now functioning in beta mode.For example, now you can completely hide a product from all users (by setting the “No Access” status during “Restricted” status on the previous stage) and then allow access only for individual users.
To do this , follow these steps:1) Select the Access for Specific Userscheckbox (later on you can quickly remove the provided access even if it was granted to many users). 2) Click the “+”symbol, and specify the email address of a user registered in Cutwise.

3) Specify whether the user should be provided with permission to access the stone model and reports (particularly DMC files, i3d-reports, HTML- reports, and pictures with angles).
You can specify any number of users to have access to the product (or a list of products).
click the button "Private Access" or "plus" icon. You can specify private access to list of products or projects:
