Permissions for all photoreal diamonds in HPC Project are managed here. All photoreal diamonds in project change statuses too (for example, if you change project to NO ACCESS status, all photoreal diamonds will be changed to NO ACCESS status too). 

2. Changing statuses over multiple products

2.1. Change Permissions from Back Office Page

For all your products you can change permissions from Back Office page:

2.2. Change Permissions from Collections 

Permissions for all products added to collection are managed here (for which you have the editing permission).

3. Visibility Statuses

When a user clicks the Share Accessbutton, the window for managing access to selected products is displayed.

3.1. Public Access

Setting these permissions affects access to the product for all users of Cutwise independently of their authorization.

If any user (not the product publisher) opens the product page, it will be displayed, and all the materials will be available. Also, this product will be available via the search in the shared catalog.

3.2. Private Access

Image Added Private accessto products for Cutwise registered users is now functioning in beta mode.

For example, now you can completely hide a product from all users (by setting the “No Access” status during the previous stage) and then allow access only for individual users.
