Issue
DALS software uses NVIDIA hardware to encode video in order to record it on the hard drive.
There are some combinations of NVIDIA GPUs and their drivers which makes DALS software to record unplayable, in standard Windows players, videos.
Standard Windows players are Windows's Movies & TV and Windows Media Player.
Issues detected with combinations:
- GeForce 1660 SUPER with the driver 461.09
- GeForce 2070 SUPER with the driver 461.72
- GeForce 2080 SUPER with the driver 461.92
Solution
Update NVIDIA drivers to latest version using GeForce Experience or by installing specified driver from here. If it doesn't help, please contact us.
