1. Place some flat object with texture under the microscope. In should be all in focus, i.e. perpendicular to the camera.

  2. The application should look like that: 



  3. To check the current state of the microscope stereo calibration, push "Check" button.
  4. The plugin will tell you if everything it's ok or recommend to perform calibration if something is wrong with the vertical disparity. If there is too few information the plug-in will also tell you about it.
    After checking the application should look like some of the screenshots below:

  5. To try calibration push the button "Calibrate". The "Calibrate" button is unavailable in case of video. 
  6. To remove the mark push the "Clear" button.
  7. You can also set the number of the iterations of calibration. If the number is greater than 1, the calibration will be performed specified times. After each iteration the parameters of the calibration will be recalculated and the new transform will be got and applied.
