This parameter is applicable to all cuts.
Sometimes a brilliant features extra facets adjacent to the girdle.
For the purposes of MyAppraiser, the extra facets on the girdle are further subdivided into Girdle Crown Extra Facets, Girdle Pavilion Extra Facets, and Girdle Extra Facets.
Moreover, their maximum height is measured and reported in MyAppraiser (but not in the polish reports) as Height Girdle Extra Facets.
Reporting
For the purposes of polish reports, the extra facets on the girdle are further subdivided into Steep and Shallow. All three counts are passed to the reports in one bookmark.
