In this version we make following changes:
1) Improvement of algorithm of calculation of holder height when diamond is on holder.
2) Choice of decimal digits quantity for parameters values in reports (from default-2 to default+2) in Options panel (for example, to have similar digits as GIA has):
3) Message about break contours if some contours are out of green frame:
4) Fixed bug with girdle thickness in info/facet angle plot for oval (E-mail from Nilesh on 11.06.2014).
5) Star/Upper ration parameters for Cushions (calculation is the same as for Marquise).
