For correct work of stitching we have to calibrate following things:
- If you have vignetting from optics, сonfigure ROI cropping
- Camera rotation angle calibration
- If you have coaxial lighting, be sure to calibrate the black subtraction correction
- It is important to tune whitebalance (separately for top and coaxial lighting)
- Flat-field correction calibration (optional)
